Teleworking

Some people are of the opinion that employers should implement working from home for higher employees' well-being. From my perspective, I totally agree with such opinion because teleworking could help people have a balance between work and life.  

Teleworking can help employees achieve a work-life balance. Remote workers could have the flexibility to make their timetable without any fixed working hours and have extra time for their personal life. For example, several workers who are working parents can fulfill their childcare duties while earning money to make ends meet by working from home. Moreover, by working remotely, people do not need to waste time to commune. Instead, they can spend extra time doing exercise, playing sports, or other personal hobbies.  

In addition, home-based working is also an allure for people having a digital nomad lifestyle with flexibility in the workplace. Gruntled employees do not need to work regularly in a company, but they can work wherever they want. For instance, it is worth working on a stunning beach, which brings many inspirations and creativity.  

From the opinions discussed so far, it is clear that the adoption of teleworking by companies could exert positive effects on their staff’s life quality owing to the flexibility of time.
